Throwback Thursday: TWENTY YEARS AGO!! The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), debated the future of hydrogen. They came up with 4 scenarios that could describe the overall utility of hydrogen in the years to come:

“Hydrogen in a bottle” - Hydrogen is limited to niche markets.

“New World, Old Weapons” - conventional fossil fuel technologies are improved significantly and become the main hydrogen carrier.

“Hydrogen Genie” - market-driven competition moves toward the new fuel.

“Brave Clean World,” technologies and policies come together to achieve rapid hydrogen development.

If we were to adopt these definitions to healthcare specifically, (ie hydrogen is limited to niche applications in healthcare), into which category would we fall?
